Prior to your virtual meeting
Richard Timmins accepts no responsibility for missed or forfeited time or technical issues associated with being unable to connect to, or participate in, a virtual meeting due to factors you could've reasonably prevented.
It's your responsibility to:
- Ensure your device and hardware is working and supported by Cisco Webex prior to your virtual meeting
- Undertake reasonable testing prior to your meeting
Richard Timmins defines reasonable testing prior to your virtual meeting as:
- Conducting a Cisco Webex Network Test and working with your local IT Technician or Internet service provider (ISP) to resolve any reported issues/warnings by the test
- Ensuring devices meets the system requirements for Cisco Webex Meetings
- Ensuring your network setup (including web filtering) to the Internet supports Cisco Webex Meetings traffic
- Testing your device and hardware and working with your local IT Technician to resolve any technical faults
Richard Timmins doesn't provide support for Cisco Webex Meetings. If you require support for Cisco Webex Meetings, you may wish to consider contacting and working with your local IT technician, Cisco Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) or your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
Joining a virtual meeting via telephone (audio only)
There isn't a Webex global call-in number available for Australia. If you wish to dial-in, Richard Timmins suggests using the United Kingdom global call-in number (+44 20 7660 8151).
- Call one of the Webex global call-in numbers
- When prompted for an access code, key in 917 276 259 on the keypad followed by hash (#) button
- Follow the audible prompts to joining the virtual meeting
Joining a virtual meeting video via a video conference system or application
Dial from the video conferencing system or application:
- EITHER richardtimmins@meetingsapac13.webex.com
- OR 210.4.202.4 and enter the meeting number
